This book is very intriguing so far. I enjoy the history of research regarding pollination and the tidbits about species of plants and insects that affect mason bees and leafcutters. My favorite thing I've learned so far is why bees tend to choose vertical slabs of mud for their nests. I was also unaware of how ineffective honeybees are when it comes to pollinating crops.
