It's sort of horrifying to read this book while looking at the new laws being made in certain places

Every now and again I'll come across the classic scene of a straight woman thinking their lesbian friend is turned on by them and it will trigger my fight or flight

THIS IS WEIRD IM SO UNCOMFORTABLE

I do have some questions about the format and editing of the book...why do dialogues not have quotations in the beginning and why do they suddenly do in some parts

Originally published in 1985 yet so much of it coming true in 2025-26 it's harrowing
