shoulda been a 150 page novella but i can cope with this. what a weird gem of a short story… i love books like this that remind me of a yearning for something… this author reminds me alot of how Marguerite Duras makes me feel. the final bit can definitely be inspected in different ways, so I like that.

“Pregnancy Diary” hmmm. Not as strong but so intriguing… grapefruit jams and chromosomes and women becoming wisps of their former selves… and like how it felt fated as young girls. I need to read some thoughts on this one
