Romance in my state development novel..?

Ngl for a state development type of story, there is not much political stuff, like atm other cities, nobles, an the church, are starting to care but not enough to be too involve in the plot so far

100 chaps in, I'm done with the first "volume". So far, the story is really interesting, even if it's kind of an introduction about the world, characters, and the mc has just started his new society, so the political wars and stuff haven't started yet, but a lot to look forward in the future

I hope the witches join Roland, or at least we get their reaction to him, by the end of the first volume, aka in like 8 chapters for me atm

Made it to chapter and finally finish covering what the 8 episodes of the donghua covered so far

I feel reading long novels like this makes it look like I'm less active, it's just the novel having 12.834 pages, it takes like 12 chapters for the percentage to increase
