This is an interesting story so far, but frustrating. It makes me real crazy when there's little to no distinction between the POV character's thoughts and spoken words. I think they've just rambled aloud about their feelings to someone they barely know and then the response doesn't clear up how much was shared. Is it the fault of the audiobook narrators?
