I love that the beginning of the book is mainly Rory’s pov and by the end of the book it’s mainly dayes. I just think that because we don’t have Rory’s pov at the very end the horror aspect doesn’t hit as hard overall it was a great read, and I will be mulling over it for a long time

The beginning in middle were so good literally had my stomach in knots. I do wish we got a little more from the ending, a little more of Rory’s obsession showing through maybe. I love the agency she had by the end of the story and the fact she got free, but I do feel like the birds left a lot of questions.

This is like a slow burn horror novel, literally nightmare fuel. Seeing Rory’s obsession become worse to the point he’s losing his morals. And poor daye I feel so bad for her LET HER REST
