i’m gonna be so honest i’m on the very first page and already we have a high school teacher being called over the intercom to the principals office, by her first name, in the middle of class, student also calls her by her first name, she leaves a 13y/o (why is a 13yo in HS?) in charge of the class and leaves them alone in the middle of a chemistry experiment involving bunsen burners?? on the last day of school??

i ran out of characters but hopefully you all can understand why even one of these things would be crazy let alone all of them together?? and she’s having the kids in her chemistry class make simple syrup which she’s planning to take home and use in cocktails?? because she’s so hungover? and this is a woman i’m supposed to….like? girl 😅

ok also the premise of a teacher being fired on the last day of school and IMMEDIATELY going into financial crisis….if she worked all the school days, she’d still be getting paid out?
