Someone online said this was on Ao3 but then got taken down and was published on KU. This feels a lot like a Harry Potter setting. What I am reading so far has me intrigued. Hopefully it will be good.

Stylized writing that sometimes annoys me. It’s working too hard to force a serious/seductive atmosphere. I like that atmosphere, but it’s not feeling natural just yet. At times, I can’t decide if it tips into cheesy.
What’s helping me is imagining the characters are delivering their dialogue like in the TV show Severance lol. Random, but it’s that type of unemotional delivery with sinister vibes.
