My disappointment in not getting Hadrian's 70 years in purgatory on Nessus is great. :( I wanted to feel the weight of his unjust punisbment with him, but no, we have to do a timeskip back to the action.

A.N.G. Reynolds (it's still the weakest of the novels, so far; kind of feels like we're spinning in Hadrian circles.)

(Also this is my roadtrip listen and the doldrumous middle is not helping the highways move any faster...)
