not what i was expecting but still good. so far it's more for organisations than individuals but it has a solid grounding in research. interestingly financial incentives for creative output kills intrinsic motivation because it makes it into 'work'. it was the same with giving blood, payment reduces the amount of donations because the altruistic donors felt like their gift was 'tainted'. it makes sense
