Idk if I’m reading the 3 book version or just Woman Code (listening on audio) but I am flying through this book and I think every woman (and maybe every person) should read this book. I am learning so much about how our bodies work, how different organs are all connected, different symptoms and what they could be stemming from, and so much more. Go read this.

Learning lots about the workings and side effects of oral birth control. That crap should be banned. I didn’t know it was a pharmaceutically-induced, fake period. Also, oral BC can affect the way you choose a partner, that’s crazy. (Fact-checked on my own and found a few studies that agree w her claim).
