Currently Loie, is entering the mansion at Ravenstoke. She finds Andreas and Lord Sunderland waiting for her there. One conflict is the conflict between Universals and Ancients. The Universals want to protect themselves, regular people, and create peace with the Ancients. The Ancients want to get rid of all Universals and take over the world. Some Ancients are innocent, but most want to rebel.
