The Wizard of Oz:
Vastly different from the movie. The Wicked Witch of the West is in TWO (of 24) chapters. One where she deals with the intruders, and then the one she works Dorothy as a slave and Dorothy ends up killing her in anger over the theft of one of her silver shoes.
Each land of Oz has a favorite color and everything in that land is of that color. Cute, quirky, and gives Alice in Wonderland vibes.
