I don’t think I’ve ever read a horror book fully, I don’t count my fantasy series cuz they only had horror elements mixed with it.
So far… good? A lot of satanic foreshadowing but nothing solid yet, just a guy visiting his mom in prison like it’s a normal tuesday

One second everyone’s drunk and the next they’re suck in an underground mercenary facility wtf T-T
The juxtaposition between tragedy and comedy always makes me cry more though and this book has very much succeeded in that area of waterworks 🥲
