Not sure how to feel about Lestat’s vigorous narration… For me I’ve read 9 books vampire chronicles (including the mayfair trilogy) books without him, so maybe I'm just misremembering, but when Lestat wass narrating he had a very eccentric excitement to him, but still maintained a 18th century prose I was quite fond of.

You can definitely see the shift in how murder is addressed the more catholic she became. BORING!
