This feels like the author really didnt pace the story for tone, otherwise, a minimum of 300pgs would have been cut. The majority of these characters during their investigations are unnecessary & not memorable enought to take time & space for the story.

There's alot of investigating & coming up w/nothing to really move this story along - basically nothing has happened for a minimum of 200pgs & im being generous. Legit hate when so much story is wasted on absolutely nothing, not even really character building either, just drudging along.
