Skimmed this one too.
Interesting (because of another character’s story), Clark chose not to watch Zorro as his first movie…
Anyway, Lex II’s plan of winning the hearts of the Metropolis’ people takes a step forward as he broadcasts that he is the one to save the city from the Swarm.
I liked the art in this one better than Man of Steel #11.

What was the point of the Husque plot if they only gave it 1 panel??
Anyway, Lex is being honored as ‘Man of the Hour’.
Interesting when it was a bunch of heroes that went into outer space but anyway.
Clark and Lois are on date night… Until it’s interrupted.

Then, Lexcorp finds a ship. And Supergirl thinks that Lex II is her Lex!

Orion and Lightray agree to stay on Warworld until a suitable leader can be found.
While Metron takes the brain dead Brainiac (to study, Orion figures).
The returning heroes are welcomed with a parade, put on by Lex II.
Matrix has decided to remain looking like Supergirl, and to return to Earth.
Then Emil’s new project (with Mildred’s help) sees him trade places with Husque!

Lucky the strongest of heroes have returned! (With not even a ‘we need to get back to Earth!’) And are able to punch them away.
Flash disconnects Brainiac from Warworld with a piece of glass. And Maxima takes this chance to fry his brain!
Though, was it too late to stop his final act?..

But with the help of his friends, he’s able to overcome the pain and shuck the ship into the ocean.
But it’s only the beginning…. Warworld is coming!
