EVERYONE SHUT UP AND LISTEN TO ME
i literally put my phone out of arms reach so i wouldn’t be able to use it as a distraction and i could get some reading done.
44 pages and two chapters later, i couldn’t handle sitting still anymore. immediately invested. my expectations skyrocketed. the set up is beautifully done. i’m eating this up. AVA REID I MISCALCULATED YOUR GAME I’M SORRY

“couldn’t sit still” as in i needed to rush to goodreads to say something about this book. it’s that good. i’ll keep yall updated-ish.
