I can't stand how he talks about everything, like he's the protagonist and the whales like an object to discover. The photos of a dead animal displayed like some kind of big trophy to examine and compare. Joy grabbing a whale's penis- why? The first chapter is about him and his 'meeting' with a humpback whale. I'm here for the whales, I don't care about you, dude, stfu.
