only a slight accent. So I can say no person who has spoken English their whole life will have an accent so pronounced as she made this hero have. I know she probably wanted to add Cuban flavor to the character, I think she could have done that in a different manner.

ok I've done 4 books by this author and I've enjoyed them all so far. Very much actually but this one is kind of annoying me. I'm a Cuban born and raised in Miami like the hero of this story. I speak both English and Spanish fluently. In my home as a child my family spoke Spanish and in school I learned English.
