No clue who the murderer is yet! Some of the authorial choices in the world building and pacing departments are certainly… choices. It’s really all vibes over here, but they’re very entertaining vibes and a perfect distraction from doing things I should be. Oops.

So far this is chaotic and funny? There’s a few wtf moment with references, world building, and characterisation. I’m very much enjoying it but in a similar sense to how I enjoy kindle unlimited cosy romances: I’m very much running on vibes. The queer undertones and whimsy are doing a looot of heavy lifting.
