So far? I’m not so sure this is my kind of read. There’s a lot of stuff in this that I’ve read through better means. The tone of the book is kind of “here’s how it is, and nothing else”. There’s a lot of truth in here, but also a lot of stuff not based off of true fact. I’d recommend Thich Nhat Hanh, Ram Dass, and Ekhart Tolle over this any day. That being said, time to continue.
