This book is written in four parts, + epilogue + letter. I loved Part 1, Part 2 puzzled me, taking the shine off Part 1, and Part 3 feels like it's edging towards disappointment. I so wanted to love this book - I still hope I do!

I am enjoying Alison McGirr's Aussie narration of this new audiobook from Dervla McTiernan. I had to deliberately put the iPhone down at 01:20 AM, as I was quite engrossed with the story.
