A great read, it really covers all the bases for anyone interested in tackling ultra endurance cycling events. Having had a crack at the Tour Divide myself is given me a lot to think about, I especially found the chapters about equipment choice and also developing an ultra-distance mindset interesting. It's given me a lot to think about and will hopefully pay dividends in future events.
