I enjoyed an earlier book of his and heard great things about this one. His writing and research summaries remind me of Adam Grant but he weaves more personal stories and family vignettes into his work, plus he leads a lot of the research himself. So, he’s somewhere between Brene Brown and Adam Grant for me, and this book has some solid findings to help shape your thoughts and actions.
