I really wish I could have pushed through, but Riven decided to do something even more stupid and I couldn't do it anymore 😕. I really love the premise but the FMC was really grinding the joy out of me, love Jude and theater lore as someone who has done it but the Riven needs so much work that doesn't feel like a recycled version of every YA FMC from the 2000s.
