Wanting children because you need an aim in life is a scary thought. Why are we trying to fill the existential void within us with something that doesn't even exist yet? People often tell me to get back to real life because I read too much, even the people I love most. But real life feels less realistic than stories.Fiction knows it's fiction. Reality rarely does.

I hate that man or any man at all. I hate how much she cares about him.
I don't want her to be so afraid of being lonely that she thinks the only solution is to have a baby. I hate him.
It's all so stereotypical. She's far too smart for that.

this is so true many ppl view having children as the only goal in life and if you're childfree they consider you "wrong" and "selfish" which is absurd! having or not having children should be a personal choice
