About 1/3 into the book, The Stolen Throne is proving a disappointment. The character development feels forced and awkward at times, and sometimes it's simply too abrupt. I am enjoying seeing Loghain and Maric growing closer - though Loghain is a bit too far up his own ass for my liking. For being such a brilliant strategist, he should have a deeper understanding the value of ceremonies and social relations.
