i freakin' LOVED this book:

Just before she started shooting, I thought "wow, Mary really knows how to liven up a party."

I love those Pike novels. I grew up reading them. Monster is a classic. Someone should adapt it.

I've only read one in the 90s. Seasons of passage that my older cousin lent me. I loved it. It was like astronauts going to mars and coming back with a virus cause vampire like symptoms, I believe. Monster was great! Im going to have to find more Christopher Pike books and go on a binge 😅
