Every page is killing me, this is nuts. I haven’t read a book that made me need to take breaks after every remaining chapter but here we are. This is nuts.

“Shameful. Just shameful.” -per Rhysand when he caught Tamlin & Feyre together before the third trial. Made me stop in my damn tracks & visibly “🫢”

My heart just aches for Feyre. Amarantha’s tasks, the riddle, the dungeon cell she’s held in, the fact that she had to make a deal with Rhysand to survive… & her nights accompanying Rhysand drinking wine make me cringe and just ache. I’m loving Lucien’s character development though. He seems to really care about Feyre. How the hell is Tamlin just sitting through all of this? Doing nothing???

“I’ve never seen her before.” TAMLIN???

I am stressed. Feyre is face to face with the Attor in the cave on the way to find Tamlin… and Tamlin, does he really love her? Was this all for the curse? Is Feyre just naïve? Does she really love him? What is happening. This is all unfolding very quickly. I can’t get enough of this.

I can’t get enough of this book…

The pace has certainly picked up. When reading, I feel like I’m transported into the world. The scenery is so vivid, the conversations are so intense & intimate. I feel like I’m trying to piece the whole story together page by page. Needless to say, I’m hooked.
