Lynn Painter is almost always a real pleasure to read, and this book may be my favorite so far. Duffy and Connor are lovely, and their struggles to ease into adulthood (they are 24) feel real. I am invested and rooting for Duffy to risk her heart. Duffy's family is fun, and their presence is significant without overwhelming the romance. Ditto on Duffy's grief a year after losing her mother.
