This is not a book that you read like a novel, but one that you pick up and browse one page at a time. I have lived with this body for nearly 78 years and I am amazed how much I didn't realize about myself. Wonderful, entertaining, graphic, and so educational. I highly recommend it as an eye-opening read--one page at a time.
