The characters are mature, driven, and wonderfully self-aware. I loved how they communicate, face difficult conversations head-on, and take life one day at a time. Their intimacy feels natural, their support system is beautiful, and their chemistry is undeniable. I was hooked from the start. My first adult rivals-to-lovers romance, and now I'm completely sold on the trope. I adore their personalities.
