Not a huge fan of this book so far as it is very heavy on techniques and personal reflection. I don’t enjoy this as I feel it disturbs the reading process and think it should only be done at the end of a chapter. There is also limited explanation and a lack of scientific evidence to support what the author is saying. It’s clear this book takes a more spiritual approach.
