Excellent book so far, aside from the unnecessary & graphic attempted rape. Poor Rick is already in his worst nightmare & the whole plotline of 'have him kidnapped by the guy who wanted to cover up his ex-wife's murder with the hurricane & have the murderer go back on letting Rick go' works just as well when the murderer is not also a rapist determined to 'get some tonight.' Why do authors do this? 🤮
