I take umbrage with the characterization of the left in the US as "overwhelmingly peaceful" when the author themselves talked about antifa at UC Berkeley using violence to suppress the speech of those they deemed too far right to be platformed, ie Milo Yannopolis[sp].
While I despise Trump and his regime, this author has clear political bias making thus book less than objective.

It seems a lot of the author's arguments FOR violence is "it's necessary when it's left violence to the right" which is also contradictory to the above argument of leftists being "overwhelmingly peaceful"Additionally, the author uses a LOT of weasel words such as "some argue" "many groups" etc... WHO!?
I believe this author is too far left to call out leftist violence that is happening while they label anyone too right of them as fascist or alt right. When they are closer to centre than the leftists accusing them of such.
