If you need to break away from the story, to tell me I can tell the difference between the emotions in 2 damn near exactly identical phrases, spoken by 2 different characters; without the use of any punctuation or breaks. You've become far too annoying.
I hope it picks up because the premise is interesting. The writing is painful for me though
