I need to understand why Natalie is so obsessed with these emails and is desperate to know so much about her dad’s past relationship. I’m struggling to understand the motivation behind it. I’m hoping this isn’t just a plot device to introduce the MCs and actually has some meaning behind it bc I already know why Stella & **** didn’t work out
