A part hit me hard in the 12th chapter - God is love. I come from the world and can be prideful. An attribute brought up about God’s love is His love is stern and so He puts those who need trouble to further sanctify. Lord forgive me for questioning the troubles that are brought my way. Thank you for being stern with me to refine me so I can further understand your love.

JJ goes into a metaphor of watching a trains. We could get an understanding of how they run but could not fully understand. However if we were taken into the signal box to see why the trains are moving like they are, then we would have a better understanding. The bible gives us the ability to be in the signal box which is knowledge but not wisdom, true wisdom comes from heeding to the one who created the signal box.
