it's okish. i've only read the first two volumes, and i'm not really feeling it. the romance is fine but the plot is not working for me. i know it's way too soon to judge, but all the politics is a bit of a headache. i'm more of a xianxia person. anyways, i'll get back to it sometime later. a certain someone is definitely on my tbr. i can't skip anything written by mu su li.

ahh, that makes sense. i prefer political plots over wuxia so, that's why qjj especially works for me. im happy you will get back to it tho! excited to see what danmei you end up choosing.

Recommending "Chu tian yi nan / Under Clear Skies"!!! Mutual yearning, modern day, warning that it's pretty sad tho. Theres an ongoing manhua as well!
