The queen....Sure you can mention Nicola Sturgeon by name but you can't name THE LATE QUEEN, THE LONGEST REIGNING MONARCH IN ENGLAND'S HISTORY. HER NAME WAS/IS QUEEN ELIZABETH II, IT'S AN INSULT TO HER MEMORY TO EVEN GIVE HER A PASSING APPEARANCE IN THIS. It's just 'the queen'. No capitals. NO DUE RESPECT.
