I am nearly at the DNF stage. Unfortunately, the world building is missing, the pace is lightning fast without much happening to support the events. This could benefit from more world building, development of the relationship between the MMC and FMC, more background to support the plot, and more depth. It’s a short book that I thought I could finish quickly, but it’s losing my interest rapidly.
