The only way I can not slump after an ending like wrath of the fallen is to quite literally IMMEDIATELY pick up a mindless standalone…. I will probably sit and read this entire thing and it won’t be nearly as good bc my mind is still in gods and monsters but I’ll be able to read tomorrow 😏
