Literally nothing has happened so far. I have no idea what the overarching mystery really is. The FMC just comes across as a nosy pushover which I get can come from trauma but come on! Chapter POV formatting is confusing—you have to look for context clues. This is giving Woman in Black and Haunting of Bly Manor vibes and NOT in a good way because both of those stories overshadow this one ten ways to Sunday!
