Casey is one of the most annoying, spastic, single minded, unconfident protagonists I’ve ever read about. As a former equestrian myself, who in their right mind buys a horse after 2 months of being back in the saddle?! The entire premise is so ridiculous! She questions everything, only thinks about horses (while having just been worried she’d be pinned as a horse girl who only wants talks about horses) ….
