Warning: this book, despite being shelved in romance, is not a romance. This has 218 pages of angst and trauma and political schemes. All of this is right up my alley, but I was not expecting it.

Why was this is in the romance section? I'm enjoying it, but so far, it is not a romance. This is much more akin to a political fantasy horror show than a romance.
