Darren shut up. I am about to throw our hands with you so hard. You make me sick, Darren. You’re making the pattern worse, Darren. They had an opportunity to escape, and you made them go right back into it. Shannon knows you siblings know, you are full of crap, and I don’t want you in their lives. I know it’s just a story and it is not OK. It saddens me that people are like this.

He is emotionally manipulating his siblings into thinking the Mom was a victim of their abusive household, which she was part of the problem and when the Mom already emotionally manipulates them. This book is so messed up.
