more on b) heavily reliant on how much you engage in action and/or world building but there’s no political world or rlly other main characters to interact with.. ..this - is vvvvv much reliant on your interest on characters literally levelling up or upgrading and i kind of already just wanted to skim all that.

ok so far it's mostly been exposition- i'm liking it but not loving it. considering its an 8 book series and continuing- if i get to the approx 30% mark and i'm not vibing with it i will probably DNF it. but i'm curious to see what all the hype's about!
