I’m getting more and more curious about Speedy Parker! Jack keeps going back to him because of his curiosity. Speedy seems able to see something inside Jack that nobody else can. My God, his mum is dying!! And there are other worlds too 👁️

Jack is in Arcadia Beach with his ill mother. The place feels decayed and unsettling. Signs suggest reality is unstable, and Jack becomes aware of a looming threat connected to Morgan Sloat.

Jack and his mum escaped to Arcadia Beach. At only 12, he already carries fears no kid should have. He lost his dad, he’s hiding from the man they call ‘uncle’, and now his mum seems seriously ill. He also met a suspicious guy called Speedy Parker, but it’s still way too early to fully judge him.
