The author expresses that procrastination is an addiction. Usually the task at hand isn’t as bad as we think once we get started. Apparently, the brain lights up as if we’re in pain when we procrastinate but while doing the task, it disappears.

An example is a tool, you can’t use the tool for the same projects, you need to know when it’s applicable and when you use other tools to finish the project.
